Turtle Fence

Our turtle fence is made of a smooth but heavy-duty plastic (HDPE) which is both durable and flexible. The material is available in a wide variety of thicknesses ranging from 30 mil to 100 mil. The turtle fence is installed by digging a trench, placing a portion of the plastic into the trench, and then back filling. A portion of the plastic should protrude from the ground to a height where the turtle is unable to climb. The 60 - 100 mil plastics do not require staking as the thickness of these thicker plastics provides the required ability to stand up long term when extruding from the ground. The turtle fencing is available in 100’ rolls with widths ranging from 18” to 60”. The material is made in the USA.
