The TerraGrid RX1100 is an integrally formed, biaxial polypropylene geogrid engineered for aggregate confinement, base reinforcement, and subgrade improvement in trafficked structures. Manufactured using an extruded sheet, punched-and-stretched (drawn) process, the RX1100 is produced in an ISO 9001 certified facility using quality carbon black polypropylene resin with no post-consumer inclusions, ensuring consistent performance and long-term durability.

The biaxial design provides tensile strength in both the machine and cross-machine directions, creating a stable interlocking matrix that confines aggregate and limits lateral movement under load. This mechanical interlock between the geogrid and aggregate base distributes load more effectively, reducing base course thickness requirements and extending pavement or surface life.

By default, Hanes Geotextile orders ship from the nearest regional warehouse. Each warehouse carries a full stock of the Hanes products, however due to demand and supply levels it may be necessary to ship from other locations. Most orders ship the next day (M-F) if order is placed before 11:00 AM EST. Transit time is typically 1-3 business days, is approximate and specific to the Carthage fabric line. The day that the order is shipped is not counted as a transit day. Most Carthage Mills fabric rolls ship via LTL freight.
