Detectable Warning Tiles are the ideal truncated dome safety surfacing for pedestrians. Tactile warning surfacing works by alerting pedestrians and the visually impaired that there is a traffic crosswalk or an elevation transition nearby. The raised dome design provides auditory and/or haptic feedback when a walking cane touches them.

These Replaceable Cast in Place warning tiles are installed directly into wet set concrete in only 5 minutes. The Access Tile tactile warning pads are popular as they are some of the only tiles that can be unscrewed and replaced should the tile wear out or get damaged.

These are ADA-Compliant truncated domes and are available in five colors depending on the application.

Access Tile detectable warning mats come by default with wide dome spacing for convenient wheelchair access and ADA compliance.

Our tactile panels come in 5 colors:
Yellow, Safety Red, Colonial Red, Dark Gray, & Black

Each Cast in Place mat is set into the concrete while its wet. The benefit of this style of truncated dome mats are that they can be easily replaced in minutes by using a Torx wrench and unscrewing any damaged panels.
