Access Tile and Armor Tile Surface Applied mats both utilize a 2 in 1 bond and seal adhesive glue for their truncated domes detectable warning pads.
Application: This product is applied to the back of the surface mount tile and joins it to the ground substrate. Additionally, the adhesive is applied around the outside perimeter of the tiles to ensure no fluid entrapment and is crucial for ensuring a long product life. It's advisable to use gloves when applying adhesive to tiles.
A single 10oz tube of Tactile Bond & Seal adhesive will be sufficient for sealing the perimeter of two 2'x4' tiles when applying an even 1/4" bead.
